Question to Venice developper's

Would the game use the licence file as a ID to the user account in Venice DB , hope you undrstand what I'm asking for

and I hope my question is not off-topic my bad if it is :? !!

What i am also really curious about is; will we be able to create multiple (2) soldiers on one account?
A feature i missed in BF3...

No. The license file is needed to start the game. It's not linked to the account in any way.
You can license the same game on several computers by launching it through Origin once on the desired machine.
