Stop the server, open the properties of your link and add the two parameters in the "path"-line
Then try it again. The errors should be ignored automatically and the server will keep running.
Unless the server encounters a fatal error it will continue running.

FYI: Just like CactusPie said, the errors will continue occuring but they wont stop your server anymore.
We try to figure out how to fix the errors and will be releasing a patch when it has been solved..
