This was already discussed and I guess the conclusion was that this might be possible at some point but also pretty difficult to archive since there is no navigation data on the multiplayer maps and some other problems with it.

1st you will need a server.
2nd. Join your server.
3rd go to your server console and type PseudoPlayer.spawncount 32
this adds 32 bots but they aren't as smart
