is there a command line to run the game in 60 hz ?
also is there a .txt log of the launcher and where is it stored ?

Launch vu.exe with -high60, -high120 for 60hz and 120hz respectively.

create a shortcut for the exe
then go to properties and edit the Target textbox like this

add command lines after exe

If I remember correctly, if you used the Venice Unleashed installer it will automatically create shortcuts for you in the start menu as well.
