I get that error and you can fix it in two ways :

First method (recommended): Download and Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) [Link]

Second method : Download the file from [dll-files.com] and put it in (%windir%\system32) and in (%windir%\SysWOW64) if you have a x64 bits Windows version
