Hosting server with UAC

Since the summer I didn't play ROME so I get bored from BF3 and decide to go back , I did realize that servers are literally full of cheaters I'm not complaining about it cause I know the rules but Would anyone of the servers start a server using UAC [http://uac.ac/] cause it will really represent a good solution :)
