Unable to connect

Hi guys,I just searched trought forum ,but I didnt find anything usefull. I registred but when i try to connect, i get message
UNABLE TO CONNECT. Also I have right nickname and password and dont have special characters etc.
Can anyone help me pls ? :o

When do you encounter the issue ?

Trying to login your account or your soldier ?

Does the game load properly?
Did you place our client hook ?

Im running game with play MP- Nexus and problem with loggin account and I have your client
