Venice Mods ideas

Some ideas of future venice mods:

1)Night mod - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7FRKMwxHRGU - shared from Despotem

2)Unlock all game types for all maps

3)Make an air superiority game type but with helicopters too or fast veichules respawn (32 helicopter vs 32 helicopter) - maybe this will result in huge lag....

I can help to making this mods in a early future, we hope :P

what mod you desire ?


1) If it already exists, all that's left is to apply it. However, I am not sure if it requires Client-side requirements or server-side only.

2) You do realize that this is already possible from the base game and the B2K DLC, however, some gamemodes such as CQ Domination, Air Superiority, CTF would just not work on all maps. Besides, someone would have to add flags/bombs/etc to make it playable in every gamemode and not to even mention the time required to do such a thing and balance it out.

3) Just replace the Jets with Helicopters and have them spawn out of bounds for the other team. It's not impossible, seeing how making a chopper-less map have choppers in BC2.

if you want to help with the modding, you need to have some basic coding ability at least. Just keep track of NoFaTe's recent Announcements, he was talking about the ModdingAPI and how mods work.

Adding the PLR to the multiplayer factions would be nice but also a lot of work.
New sound files would be required, customizable uniforms etc
