BF3 XP Can it work for me?

so fist of all i will tell you my system stuff
1-Microsoft Windows XP Pro
Processor: 3CPU, 2,6 GHz
Memory:3326 RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 9400 GT

That's what i know if you want any other info i can tell you but please does anyone know a fix for this error:
