Bf3 region lock

Hi guys!

I am new to this forum, i heard about the project. Now, i have a question: I heard that Humble Bundle give away bf3 origin codes for cheap, but probably i will miss it since only one day left. Than i looked up some sites , and i found one witch has a game code for cheap too, but is says it can be used in us region only. I'm from europe, and it's really annoying. Is it just about that it hasn't got some language files, or it's a region lock for origami?
