Dlc and non lc key question

The DLCs are unlocked server side.

Even if the client has the DLC files they must be unlocked by Blaze to be played on a server.

It works like the Vietnam expansion for BC2.

So ur saying a stardard edition key will work on the premiium edition?

Are we talking about the original Blaze/EA version or are we talking about Venice Unleashed ?

Of course a standard edition key will never bring you any DLCs in BF3.

Well i want 2 copys in order to play it with a freind, so i wanted to buy a premiium and a stardard in order to save money and wondering if the stardard key would work on the dlc on venice or will i need to get both premiium in order to play dlc

Venice has no DLC check, so if your friend has the DLC files but no license, his game will be treated like a game with a license for them.
