i recently formatted my pc so does that mean the license that i need to play on venice is gone? also i had origin and bf3 installed on a hdd but i dont have bf3 anymore but i still got the game files.
also if i borrow a friends origin will that work?

Simply re-install Origin. If you still have BF3 on your HDD, getting the license files should only take a moment. If you don't, you're gonna have to download them in order to play anyway.
