It's not like everyone could set up a server easily dude ._.

The modem is not maintaining the connection when he shuts his PC down.
If he has a router, it will maintain the connection (and the IP) until the usual 24h reconnect occurs.

Actually I am running on a PPoE Connection with a cable only, no modem. Regardless, we are getting off-topic so let's keep it tight if we are to at all. If not, someone should just lock this topic since NoFaTe already said how he will be picking them and "Tips" aren't needed

Yes. The enlisters will be filtered and there will be a choice by NoFaTe in the end.
