Is it allowed to use hack tools for level

Yeah, like a 50 lvl hack or something? Just wonder if it's allowed or not?

Why isn't there a tool? they created level hacks for many simular games. Maybe it's harder.. but why?

Also why do you want to have instant lvl 50? There is no fun anymore
