Well, sometimes I am, but it's not running 24/7.

If you want to know if it works: Yes it does ;)

I actually do that a lot myself :) but run into some problems, do you have any problems with your server in general?

well specifically my problem seems to be unstable connection between my server and plasma backend because it just frequently gets disconnected from plasma backend and kicks players out or at times it just doesn't recognize players' ranks and unlocked stuff and some seconds after players join the server they get kicked out, or at times when a player is joining the server it just gets kicked out after loading screen ends and it's about to begin playing even though server seems to be connected to plasma backend(I see connection status via procon frostbite administration tool), I've tried every thing that I could've thought of to solve my issue but no success and I am also definitely sure about integrity of my server files, so I thought maybe it's an incompatibility issue with windows seven itself

Maybe your uplink just isn't good enough? Might be possible that the server kicks out players because of a lack of resources.

My server works fine, but I'm only hosting SQDM => 16 players max.

that's absolutely not the case those things happening to my server just happen no matter how many players are in server say 2 players or 16 players or whatever, my bandwidth is 500kbytes/sec for upload and download and there's plenty of ram still free when server is full and cpu usage is not even near 50% , that's what is driving me crazy because I think everything is set up right even with firewall totally off, all port open, connection set to bridge mode and antivirus off, still those things happen

Have you taken a look into server logs? Whats coming up when a player gets kicked or so?

500kbytes/sec ? :o
I have 60 Mb/s, I download large files with 15-20 Mb/s.
Your problem is low bandwidth. Get more.
