LOGIN problem Help!!

hei guys, i can't login in game.

long time i'm not play BFBC2, and i forgot the pass, i have reset my pass.
before i change my new password, the reset password in the email i save in google chrome.
login into forum and i change my new password,trying to login again,but i can't login into the forum with my new password.
it say "password is incorrect"

and still so i cannot login in game to.

i know they say
"If you are unable to login to our services please try logging into the forum first.
Several usernames were modified during the transfer process, but you can still use your e-mail to login"
but its not helping me.
and yes i have been download the latest build client.
can you guys help me??
