How To Set Server Unlimited Ammo + Mag

Hi all
I use the local server and want to make Unlimited Ammo + Mag + Unlock All ! Just for fun with friends
I edit in follow dist/linux/config/game.cfg , but unsuccessful
Can someone help me !
