Can't log in with my soldier.

I managed to log in with my account but I can't log into the game with my soldier. After I log in with my account and try to select a soldier it says:''Wasn't able to enter" or something like that. Soldier: Killing spree. What should I do?

Did it work before? If not, might be a problem with the space in your soldier's name.

It did work before. I played a year ago(less or more) and it was working well back then. And I have all updates and stuff. I don't know what to do.

Did you play with the same soldier back then? If so, just delete your GameSettings.bin in Documents/BFBC2

Yeah... I just looked it up, your last login was September 2013.

No, I haven't tried deleting the file yet. Are there any risks?

I have just deleted the file. I still can't use my previous soldier. I'm using my new soldier right now.

The file just contains the game cache. You could also have deleted the whole folder, the only things stored there some settings and a local copy of your stats.

So I should delete the whole folder?BFBC2? Won't this erase all me game progress?(Rank, items and etc.)
