Failed to login soldier !

When i login to my soldier,I get this message : Failed to login soldier.
I tried with different soldier names.
What's the problem ?

Try to use your email.

Dude i want to have my specific soldier name not my email !

But you have to use your mail to login since you are haveing special chars + a space in your name.
Or even better: Use the damn searchfunction, if you don't believe me ._.

He means persona login, not game login

What soldier names did you use? Maybe there are special characters in the name that cause errors.
