Can't add to gametracker

Hi All ,i wondered if anyone is experiencing the same as me and maybe have a solution to the problem ,i have my server running and have opened the following ports

TCP 18390
TCP 18395
UDP 18395
TCP 13505
TCP 80
TCP 19567

and allowed ICMP so i don't get 999 ping etc ,but yet when i go to add my server to gametracker it will not work at all and does not add it , i have whitelisted the ip's needed as suggested by gametracker and even tried with my firewall turned off but still no luck i'm at my wits end to what is stopping it being added any suggestions please ?

Try and remove your router then attempt to add it; if it works then we know its the router interfering if not it may be your service provider and/or a firewall on your system.

Hi i am not using a router ,i have my own dedicated server that i rent ,nexus bad company 2 is the only game servers i have trouble adding to gametracker all other games running from my dedicated server add fine and will no trouble at all along with my ts server :/

You have to forward your query port (your rcon port) too.
