Problem: CreateDXGIFACTORY2 wasn't found

So when I just installed windows 8.1 and now when I try to start "Rome" it says that "CreateDXGIFactory2" wasn'r found in "d3d11.dll", i tried to install a d3d11.dll from dll-files.com but "Rome" just close when I start it .
It also says "D3D11CreateAndSwapChain" wasn't found in "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\d3d10.dll" and "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\d3d10_1.dll", It starts if I click awaz all the errors but I onlz have AA 1

Update your graphic drivers, install DirectX.
