No Servers

I enter the game and go to the Multiplayer tab, and then to "Servers".
I don't see any servers and yes I read the big read warning and when I click the link attached it sents me to a page with no download or anything.
I'm using the b866 version. I only downloaded the "dinput.dll" and put it in the game folder, is it right?

Because in Call of Duty the serverbrowser will automatically search the servers (afaik)
