This must be an issue with just you since I still have all my games I activated through the Bundle. I didn't have BF3 but for any case, if you restart several times or do in fact resolve it through support it'd be nice. You need the game fully updated and with a license file on your computer so that means that if you played the game even once online, you already have what you need.
Though.. don't put too much faith into what the advisers say, nor should you call any phone support and such. Try to resolve it without EA's help if possible, seek out some other forums where the same issue's being discussed.
