You want to slow them down or to boost their speed?

Then you should buy them a turbines/compressor if there is no existing, if there was a turbo you should buy a bigger one,new injectors and better fuel pump, after that you will need new sport exhaust system and POD air filter. Go and grab a ECU like "Megasquirt" or just go to a garage where they can chip it. Better gear ratios on the transmission and on the diff will help you out to achieve better speed. But keep in mind that for more Horse Power, stands more stress for your: suspension, brake system and all other mechanical elements. So I'll recommend you if you have little more money to spend, go with aftermarket sport springs and shock absorbers, buy bigger brake disks, better brake pads, and brake calipers and buy new sport tires, if you are going on track I'll recommend you "Slicks" (start doing laps/burnout at 1.4bar) they are good for drag races. Put a Roll cage in your car, sport seats + 5 point Racing Seat Belt. And remember son don't go race on the streets, use your local track and always wear your helmet!

btw that was a little troll. I don't know anything about modding sorry for wasting your time...

Yep these garages. For turbine I'll suggest Garret, Turbonetics or Turbobandit.com
Oil uuh... Castrol 5W50
