well if you want a standard bf3 game disk with an unused key i would prepose a trade the game for the update files needed for game to play mp.

The way I understood it:

He offers a working BF3 CD + Key in exchange for the DLC files (because his internet is too slow to download them).

I don't think EA would be pleased about someone sharing a main game key for files he never owned legally before.
