My soldiers are not working

My soldier is level 50. When i try to connect to a game it gives that unable to connect.. message and connection lost to rome server messages. i created a new soldier and then i can start a game. but the next time i try to connect after restarting the game, non of the soldiers work. please help. is this something to do with my game or something? i have forwarded ports and have the newest client

Try the following:

Disable auto-login and re-enter your account credentials manually.

If that doesn't work, delete the GameSettings.bin file in your "Documents/BFBC2" directory.

i did delete the settings. also auto login has never worked and there fore i dont use it. the thing is i can login. i cant join a game. it disconnects after the match loads

Does the disconnect happen on all servers ?

yep. on every single one. including vietnam.

Hm. Have you done a reboot yet ?

this happened since yesterday and yes i have rebooted. if i create a new soldier, it works for the first time i have logged in. however after loging out and loging in again it wont work

There may be a problem with our servers then.

The last thing you could try is deleting the entire BFBC2 folder in the "Documents" directory.

oh and by the way i also need to tell you that i have also registered in the indigo games website with the same password and username. will that affect my login? it didnt start after that however. i registered there some time ago and it still worked

The IndigoGames website does not affect our service. It isn't linked to us except the NexusLog is using NoFaTes' API.
