connection problems

so when i try to join servers most of the times it says something about connection to host lost or master server or something.
i click on it, then it says please wait and after that comes that message.

sometimes i can enter and others i cant. can you guys help me with this pls

Enter servers with a good Ping (<100) and less players (<25)

i do that and still sometimes it still shows the message
