Its not so much a help/support just a general game question.
The game wont let me log in saying the master server is unreachable.
Is that the PLASMA server? Because the website says that plasma is down.
Is that probably the reason?
Just trying to understand how the servers work.

is it usually 8 hours or 48 hours?
