Major Problem !!

so this is quite unusual and i got this problem yesterday. before that i was playing it all good.
so here is what happens, when i open the game the cursor kinda loads and then nothing happens. due to some other reasons i formatted my pc and installed the windows again! the first time i opened he game it worked like a charm, but the second time the problem came back! any help is appreciated! Is this some network connectivity issue ? and my ports are open

Might be drivers or missing runtime distributables (VC++ 2005, 2008, 2010).
