I have the same problem and i have done what you told him but it didn't work and btw it shows the correct number (795745) in the lower-right corner when starting the game what shall i do

Are you sure, you have the latest gameversion + latest client_hook?

Looks like a problem with the connection, check firewall/antivirus and ports.
