Weird lag instances

Hi. A question. Anyone else is having the same problem as I do, wich is: I can play normally, but there are certain hours of the day where I have TONS of spawnlag, kill lag, etc. (No. the servers are NOT down and there are around 800 people playing perfectly. Anyone else experiencing the same thing?

Somethimes that happend to me...i rebot my PC and i have no more lag,try that

Try another server.

Some servers have a low upload bandwidth and aren't supposed to host a game at all...
Most of the servers aren't hosted professionally so i'm not surprised. I experienced that kind of lag on some servers and those people should shut them down until they get a better connection.

Thanks, yeah I'm pretty sure it's a combination of this and my ISP having too much people connecting at the same time to a wrong layed cable internet, if you know what I'm trying to say
As I said, I try to never post the normal questions like "Cant play" and the answer is "Server down" If I did something like this, sorry

Hmm..so thats why i enter to a 30 ppl server and i got a hell of lag
