i didn't notice any change in leveling up using SA classes and weapons vs regular ones.

SA weapons are sometimes a little better (compare the MG3 to the PKP).

Yeah they should be removed or at least placed in a high level rank requirement

He need to give them at level 1 and take them at level 5.... if they want to get that weapon they need to work for him... i hate all those SA weapon users! i needed to get all those points to get the M95 and now i see all rank 2 guys using him... its anoying

Of course there can be these weapons but they should only be achieved win a play gains a certain rank not level 0

Sidenote: Those are there because the ranks were reset.
