Why I can't loggin a soldier?

I can loggin my NexusBF account,but when I loggin "1+2=3>5"this soldier,it says"Failed to loggin soldier"
then,I loggin "axm" this soldier,I can enter game but cannot search a server.Why?

Instead of making fun of a man that doesn't know english you should try to help him because i have the same problem!
I tried to delete the gamesettings.bin and .ini an still nothing can someone help?

Same problem here! Yesterday everything was fine but today i get "Failed to login soldier".

Had to create 2 new soldiers to be able to login, but I hope this problem will be fixed, don't wanna start again several times.

Okay,I do this just a moment ago.
Now,I can loggin soldier"axm"but can't search a server.
Can't loggin "1+2=3>5"
I create a soldier"1+1=3>5",it was successful.,but when I login it said"connect to EA online was lost"
try loggin axm again and I can loggin but cannot search server 2.
can U help me?
