Might be a problem with your router (port forwarding) of your firewall/antivirus.

It happens to me only just returned to work after the updates, I have to wait a bit 'of time and keep trying and after a while' the error disappears.

I created this post because it did not work when the status of other users are online and play.
Now it does not work no one is different.
