Venice Unleashed wont start up

I tried reinstalling it but when i try to launch nothing happens. I'm on Windows 8.1 AMD processor and gpu and 8gb of ram
ive turned off my firewall, linked my account, and tried the troubleshoot steps... please help!!!

Have you launched the game at least once via battlelog? Also can you post what was at the bottom of the support thread with your specs/information.

i have launched the game
Amd R9 300
8 core amd processor
8gb ram
750watt power supp
asrock 970 motherboard

Do you have any kind of Anti-Virus installed (If you haven't installed any, Windows Defender is probably active by default)

i was using windows defender but i turned it off and my firewall and it still didnt start up

Have you tried extracting the zip into the location where Venice Unleashed is installed and try it?

Extract vu zip version in root of the game folder.
