[Solved] Having problems running VU

Been trying for like days already ,but nothing.
I click the vu.exe...nothing
I lauched vu.exe as an administator....nothing
I put it in the BF3 folder and it launches the BF3 game with EA servers and not the client itself
I have no idea what to do next
*FIXED IT :
I allowed it in the firewall
