Venice Unleashed does not start

I connected my Origin account
I installed BF3
I ran BF3
I tried to start vu.exe -> nothing happened
I tried to start vu.exe as administrator -> nothing happened
What am I doing wrong?
CPU: Intel Core
[email protected]GPU: Gigabyte GTX 770 OC
OS: Windows 10 Pro

My AV is Panda and it's Process Monitor classifies vu.exe as "Low Risk - operative without restrictions"

Neither would a firewall prevent the program from launching nor do I run one.

Add vu.exe and vu.com to your anti-viruses' exception list.
