emmm, i mean dont delete flag
i want:
A will be rus
C will be us

B is only caprured

1. Refer to the values from US base and RUS base.
2. Change the team (from "TeamNeutral" to "Team1" or "Team2")
3. Make sure to set the visibility from "false" to "true"
4. Set hoist flag from "false" to "true"

Note : Team1= US, Team2 = RUS.
