"Win" as in "kill the enemy first"? On short-range the VSS (if used with Red Dot) , on medium the SVU-A and on long range the T88.

Also, if you run out of ammo and next to you lies some dead guy with a VSS, what else should I do?

Well,thats true...i will trust my life in a semi-auto.if you know how to use them, you will have a slaughter in the round
