Why i am getting connection issues (various issues)

Since Yesterday, when from i got BFBC2, Its Update, Punkbuster,Project Rome Client. I have been trying to play! but simply cant!
=First Of all i faced Issue with connecting to game server
*Somehow i fixed it with allowing some ports
=Then i Faced getting kicked from server each 2-15 Minutes Cant Complete a game
*No its not my connection issue as i can play alot other games without even lag. So What actully happens: I Open a Map it runs fine with around 150-220 Ping No lag!
Then after a few seconds Ping Begin to Increase It Reaches 999 in few moments and i get kicked. and when i restart again ping is again fine!
=So now i cant even open a fkin server same error failed to connect the server
*AWW what is your issue?

Additional Info:
*I get download speed about 200-500KBPS
*my connection is 9MBPS
*I can play other games COD MW 2, Arma 2, Payday without even lag. so not a connection issue
*my specs are Intel Core I5 2.5 Ghz, 4GB ram, Intel hd 3000 graphics!
So what problem can be??
or its on server?
