Is ARMA III good?

I have 3 questions.
1- Is it worth buying?
2- Is it like Project Reality?
3- Is it too realistic?

1. More than buying a BF,CoD,FIFA.. blah
2. You should ask "Is PR like Arma ?"
3. A game can't be too realistic since it's always only a simulation and virtual.

It really depend on you if you like a Realistic games or not .
go watch the gameplay of the game the mods the peoples review (don't trust IGN and the shitty reviewer's that they get paid)
And also don't forget your rig limitation
