Will i get banned.?

With all this modding, changing, alike stuff going around, will i get banned(a Registered BF3 account) playing VE's closed beta or let's say the release candidate. 
And can I switch b/w VE and Official BF3 without getting banned or any problems.
If there's no chances of being banned by EA, plz explain why..?
