Will these be possible ?

I'm wondering if these features will be possible:
-Unlimited mines (Like BF3 used to have)
-Spawning vehicles/weapons
-Modifiable weapons (Like ammo, reload time,...)
-Modifiable vehicles (Speed for example)

Most likely, though I doubt many servers will use them, if any "official" ones due to the absurdity of having unlimited mines.

Most likely, though I doubt many servers will use them, if any "official" ones due to the absurdity of having unlimited mines.
Prepare for the most annoying vehicle base rape you have ever experienced.

I would prefer if all gadgets were limited to one. Teamwork would make more sense. That means it would require teammates to work together to take out armor. Two shots from an rpg, two mines, etc,.
