I think you can abort the update and resume it some other time... Or you just get the files from someone who has BF3 per USB and put them in your BF3 folder.

Unfortunately there isn't an official "update dvd"
As stated above, you can copy a friend's files, just be sure to keep your license files backed up.
Btw, dishnet/hughes internet? Don't see caps as ridiculous as that except for with mobile carriers.

its not that i didnt expect an update but not 9gb. First time using origami didnt know how they work.
Also want to ask why nobody uploads the xpack stuff on a tourrent?
Im just worried that download will fail and data goes to waist

also want to ask when i installed game it shows up as limited edition in game libary what is the diffrence between pre-mium and limited edition?

We will not provide links to torrents etc. here.
Limited Edition = Back to Karkand DLC, Premium Edition = All DLCs.

Not to mention that if you have the DLC in the folder, it doesn't really mean you own them. Origin and Battlelog both check if you have them installed and associated with your account. When I got Premium for my account a few months back, the DLC started downloading and it's much harder to work around that system with just a simple copy-paste. Probably Venice will allow something like that, or at least I've heard people saying it's possible since they have no license files. Correct me if I am wrong but what Robbing said is definitely what I am going to support. No torrents or warez asking on these forums. If you think you can find it yourself, do it, it doesn't take much work if it's out there and Nexus never supported Piracy so we'll see how it is when it comes out. Also 9 gigs isn't that much when you consider that if you have all the DLC, your Battlefield 3 will be ~35GBs
