I just wanted to say BC2 Mod Tools are actually at release 3.0

Don't know why here it's not mentioned (and why they uploaded it to crappy gamefront)
Remember you always need Python and Scintilla

EDIT: I noticed v2 in the OP is also broken... I attached it here

Hi, I cant get the mod tools 3.0 to open on windows 10, ive run it in all possible compatibility mode, python dx and xna frame work redistributable is install

I have the same issue. It doesn't really matter though, because the map viewer in V3 is incorrect, and the scripts are the same. Just use V2 instead.
