Slow PC? can't run the game at 1024*768? I found a fix.

This used to work before the newest patch, i'm talking about simply changing the resolution of the game in the text document "settings.ini" to 640x480 but that doesn't work with the newest patch because it automatically changes it back to 1024*768 well i found a little solution that some people might find useful and others will say "BAH! CRAP I KNEW THIS".

Well your GPU driver should be able to do that, right?

Yup, i tried but what this utility does is to force you monitor to ONLY display 640x480 being that the case the game won't be able to change it back to 1024x768.

I did it exactly like you said in the video, I did that and it still makes my game regular size..? I have a really bad pc and i have 10fps when I play BFBC2... How can I fix this?
