how to remove tank in mode squad deathmatch

I want know how to remove or disable tank in squad deathmatch for my server and set 50kills to 150kills without a rcon tool
I found in other site
For the Tank -> levelVars.set all vehiclesDisabled true
for the kills -> levelVars.set gamemode SQDM tickets 150
Open startup.txt and put this vars
