Is there anyway I can rent a EmuNexus BFBC2 Server in the US?

Rent a VPS and then install the DedicatedServerTool on it.

Renting free software is illegal.
The hoster is not the copyright holder.
Only licensed RSPs are allowed to rent the servers.
