My timezone is GMT +3 and we could decide on the time and/or day here as replies to this main post. Just post your GMT after you voted (if you are For) and it will be taken into account. In case most votes are for a normal server that being the (No), we could arrange that even easier but that's all there is to it. If you wish to participate in either gatherings (or if not, just don't make posts to this topic unless they are specific about something important), post your info bellow as such:

Usual availability (i.e. - I am available Monday-Wednessday or something like this)
Skype (Optional)

This event is created mainly for Europeans as it will probably cause delays and lags for anyone Asian or NA/SA. This is not "discrimination" in any way but seeing as how I am European, it'd be silly for me or us Europeans in general to have a server for all the rest as well.

If we do in fact gather, please use only English even if there are others that use your language as this is the most well-known language in Europe and I think we can all agree on this. I hope you all like the idea and if not, well, you don't really lose much for trying whereas you may lose an opportunity for not. TeamSpeak is 99% assured but Svet has told me that he will ask if the EN Mumble Server is available for public use as well. Skype communication would be rather chaotic so I'll have to ask you to leave your Skype details only if you want to get in contact with other EN Members such as yourself. If you wish to add me, ask so in PM because I have tons of contacts and I'd like to for once SORT them, thank you very much for understanding. Until the next post, have a good one!

People, you needn't JUST vote, the idea is if you vote for something, you leave your details so we can gather together and play on the selected server... Did you even read the initial post?

I voted 'No' because the current way of modding means that you have to replace entire files.

It's not like in CS where you just add a .bsp for a new map etc.
It means that you permanently overwrite the map-file in our game.

Unless there is another way to add new maps instead of just replacing the original ones I'm strictly against our "modding".

I mean server-sided mods like making the map out of bounds or adding Air Superiority with choppers only. That sort of thing, nothing client-sided

Kerrigan, badbaubau's mod doesn't require the client to change anything...

I'd be up for playing a little on a modded server, though I can't host it :/

Just leave that to me.. I even have videos how to do it if you are actually so inclined to learn. I just need people's timezones and such so we can schedule something up.

Also, I know how to host a server with modded maps (already did), but my internet is crappy

Alright, taken into consideration. I am still waiting to play some BF3 with you and Kerrigan though so let's hope we do that and then we think about the BC2 Gatherings to which it appears nobody is willing to give any comment, only a possitive vote.. sounds like most of my youtube videos! HO!

I used to host badbaubau's Close Quarters mappack, and it's fun to kill ppl with destroy those buildings :3. So yeah I'd like to see some modded servers online.
