Infinite Loading Screen/Does Bf3 File Location Matter?

I'm having a problem, I have my BF3 folder installed on my secondary SSD, the same one VU is on, but since it is not in its normal install location does VU automatically find it or do I need to set it somewhere. I think this is the cause for me infinite loading screen.

VU should auto-detect the location during installation (unless you just moved the BF3 directory).
